- Download the Blank CSV Template.
- Do not modify column names.
- Maintain the original column order.
- Save as CSV UTF-8.
- Keep Mobile Number numeric only.
- Leave blank fields empty.
- Click Upload CSV.
- Review imported records after upload.
- If replacing all records, first click Clear Table.
